Meghan Markle may have just given us a taster of her bridal look for her wedding to Prince Harry on Saturday.
The chandelier style jewels could be seen as Meghan waved to the crowd from the car and we wonder if they will be the same ones she’ll wear on her big day.
They are Birks Snowstorm Diamond Earrings in white gold and cost CA$12,000 (around £7,000). Meghan also owns their Snowflake Large Round Jacket Earrings and Les Plaisirs de Birks Yellow Gold and Opal Earrings she wore to announce her engagement.
British fashion duo Ralph & Russo are hotly tipped to have designed Meghan’s wedding gown and according to some sources, it is believed to be a heavily embellished dress.
If that’s the case, this could explain Meghan’s statement jewellery. She usually wears delicate and understated studs, even sporting a mismatched pair with a star cuff on a trip to Cardiff .
Other favourite brands include Missoma and Zofia Day.
It is also expected that Meghan will wear a tiara , either borrowing one from the Queen’s jewellery vault or having a bespoke made. Predictions for the day are the Queen Mother’s Strathmore Rose tiara and the Spencer tiara which Diana wore on her wedding day to Charles in 1981.
The former actress also appeared to have had a haircut ahead of the wedding, seemingly sporting a longer-length fringe with a middle parting, which she had pinned in a half updo.
Meghan has become renowned for her signature ‘messy bun’ but will we see a more polished look on the day? She could also opt for a half updo like future sister-in-law Kate Middleton did for her wedding in 2011.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were also spotted on their way to Windsor, with Kate wearing a £215 floral Michael Kors dress. It’s the first time she’s been spotted since giving birth to Prince Louis on April 23.
