The end of the 2017/18 Premier League season is upon us.
Manchester City have romped to the title after breaking almost every single record in sight.
Pep Guardiola’s side have been home and hosed for some time and the task for those below them is to challenge City next term.
Wolves and Cardiff will both be in the top-flight next term while West Brom, Stoke and Swansea have suffered relegation.
Transfer plans are already well underway and while we have the World Cup to look forward to this summer, attention is already turning to next term.

When does next season start?
The 2018/19 Premier League season will begin on August 11.
When are the fixtures released?
Fans don’t have too long at all to wait for the the Premier League fixtures to be announced.
They will be revealed on June 14 – the same day the World Cup begins.
What about the transfer window?
The Premier League transfer window will close before the start of the season.
That means it is due to close on August 9 rather than August 31.
